Package Your Items
Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
